Pam Peak

Care Navigator

Pam is a human services professional who is passionate about connecting people to community resources and advocating for underserved community members. She has served her community in a variety of roles including North Carolina’s Departments of Social Services, Public Safety and Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention as well as the YWCA of Asheville. Most recently, Pam worked for the Children and Family Resource Center, a Healthy Opportunities Pilot network member located in Henderson County. While at CFRC, she connected families to pilot resources and managed invoicing for Medicaid reimbursement. Pam is excited to serve even more families through HOP as Impact Health’s care navigator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services, an associate’s degree in business administration and a certificate in accounting.

Pam is originally from Hendersonville, NC and has lived in Flat Rock for the last several years in a house she built at the age of 19. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and family, which is her top priority. They love taking trips to the Wilderness at the Smokies in Tennessee, visiting the beach, tackling huge puzzles and playing games together.
