HSOs will deliver services that help people secure and maintain safe housing; enjoy regular, healthy food and nutrition education; access health-related transportation; and avoid harmful interpersonal relationships. Organizations that provide these services can contract with Impact Health to deliver them to eligible Medicaid members and submit invoices to receive reimbursements.
