Our Team

Brandi brings 30 years of customer service experience to her role at Impact Health. She gained a strong understanding of the social drivers of health and the resources available to address them during her time as both a NC 2-1-1 specialist and a NCCARE360 navigator. This background makes her uniquely qualified to help individuals explore Healthy Opportunities Pilot eligibility and other community-based resources. Brandi enjoys connecting individuals and families with the organizations that can best meet their needs.

Brandi and her husband moved from San Diego to her husband’s hometown in Mills River 25 years ago, trading the sandy beaches for the beautiful mountains of WNC. They have raised four wonderful children and enjoy hiking with their two dogs, traveling, and fun-filled family game nights.
