Everyone agrees that food, housing, transportation, and other health-related social needs interventions (HRSN) matter. The challenge is defining and measuring their value in a way that resonates across healthcare, community, and policy stakeholders.
In this webinar, we’ll explore a framework for evaluating whole-person health interventions that demonstrates their value. This conversation will be guided by the work of the newly formed National Coalition for Whole-Person Health, a multi-sector coalition working on scalable HRSN interventions. Drawing on perspectives from payers, providers, community-based organizations, network leaders, researchers, and policymakers, this unified framework addresses seven dimensions of value: operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, cost containment, strategic growth, population health, individual and family impact, and community-level impact.
