Destiny is a care navigator, where she serves as a point of contact for both potential and eligible HOP clients. She helps clients navigate the pre-screening process, provides support to HSOs, and ensures clients are connected with necessary HOP services.

With a background as a nutritionist for WIC programs, Destiny has developed strong customer service skills and the ability to assist diverse populations in navigating complex eligibility requirements. Her prior experience in federal assistance programs, along with her adaptability to new technologies, has prepared her well for serving as a care navigator.

Destiney holds a master’s degree in food and nutrition sciences from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Western Carolina University.

Outside of work, Destiny enjoys spending time with her dogs, Max and Lenny, and being outside.
