Impact Health has released a Request for Proposal for designing a Healthy Opportunities Pilot program evaluation. In addition to fulfilling State evaluation requirements, Impact Health will develop its own evaluation measures, including assessment of program quality, program access, and sustainability, as well as capturing client stories. Impact Health seeks a partner to help develop a robust evaluation plan.
