There are many ways to create healthy opportunities. Our focus is on strengthening Western North Carolina’s social care network. We want to ensure all community members have access to nutritious food, safe and affordable housing, reliable transportation, personal safety, and healthy relationships. We are also working to improve access to primary care that supports people’s whole health needs.
