Brandi brings 30 years of customer service experience to her role as community engagement manager. In this position, Brandi supports our network of human service organizations (HSOs) to help them build their capacity to serve Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) participants. She is excited to serve Medicaid members by resourcing the organizations that provide critically needed pilot services.
Before stepping into her current role, Brandi served as a care navigator at Impact Health, where she guided Medicaid members through the HOP pre-screening process. She also worked as an NCCARE360 resource specialist and an NC 211 specialist, where she gained a strong understanding of social drivers of health and the resources available to address them.
Brandi and her husband moved from San Diego to her husband’s hometown in Mills River 27 years ago, trading the sandy beaches for the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. They have four wonderful children and enjoy hiking with their two dogs, traveling, and fun-filled family game nights.
