Our Team

Nancy has a passion for service and brings 20 years of experience to her role as executive assistant for the Programs team. She assists the director of programs and the programs team by coordinating internal schedules, managing content in the HSO portal, and organizing meetings and events.

Before joining Impact Health, Nancy worked with Colgate-Palmolive, where she handled all international and domestic travel for the Greater Asia division and helped prepare budget reviews for the Board of Directors. She also worked as an executive assistant for the senior vice president of research and grants at the March of Dimes. Nancy has lived in Western North Carolina for 12 years. In 2020, Nancy helped her husband launch a handyman business focused on helping seniors age safely in their homes.

When Nancy is not working, she is usually at a live music show, petting every dog she sees, or traveling with her husband.
