Our Team

Jen brings to Impact Health a desire for learning and applying her skills to serve the community. Her background varies from public service to production operations, with a focus on team support and data management. Her most recent work with a local nonprofit senior community began with defining procedures and implementing a new work order database. There, she was the first point of contact for the facilities team, establishing rapport with staff and residents and ensuring resolution of maintenance issues. Jen was then promoted to an administrative role supporting several directors in development, ministries and community outreach. She maintains an organized and efficient office by drawing on her communication, collaboration and project management skills. She has experience training and onboarding colleagues, including developing standardized processes and documentation. Jen thrives on providing stellar customer service and doing a job well.

Having lived in many different areas of the US, Jen is happy to call Western North Carolina home. She hikes around the region regularly and enjoys traveling to explore new places and visit old friends. When she’s at home, Jen also loves baking, reading, and watching movies.
