With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Christina serves Impact Health as the people and culture manager. She assists in building a team-centered environment while focusing on payroll processing and building a robust benefits plan strategy. Christina also partners with our finance team to lead HR compliance initiatives. She enjoys serving the Impact Health team behind the scenes to allow them the space to follow their passions of serving the community through this ground-breaking initiative.
As a graduate of the University of Miami, Christina started her career with Hyatt Hotels in San Diego. She held multiple roles from Employment Manager to Human Resources Manager for a staff of over 1,000. Most recently, Christina worked as the Benefits and Payroll Administrator for Genova Diagnostics. And in 2022, she received her SHRM Certified Professional certification in human resources management.
Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Christina loves exploring her community in Asheville. She enjoys hiking in the mountains with her partner, Joe, and their two dogs, Bailey and Maple. She’s also an avid runner and foster pet parent with Brother Wolf Animal Rescue.
