Our Team

Amy has been involved with IT Support for over 18 years in roles ranging from hardware and application support to technical support management with some project management, IT auditing and IT training thrown in for fun.  Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Information Technology with a cybersecurity concentration from the Florida Institute of Technology.  She is process and compliance driven with a passion for process improvement, complemented by Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Training and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. Additionally, she holds several Microsoft certifications: MCP, MCDST, MCTS and MCITP.
