Home » Allison Krivatch
Allison has been a healthcare and community leader for over 20 years. As executive director for Impact Primary Care Network (IPCN), she oversees the entire clinically integrated network (CIN), including network development, operations, fiscal management, provider relations, and human resources. Allison guides IPCN in setting strategic priorities and goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
In her most recent role as senior project manager at Impact Health, Allison was integral in developing and planning IPCN. Her knowledge of population health technology, process analysis, systems workflow, and communications were critical contributions to the network’s development. Equally crucial was Allison’s involvement in identifying the need for a regional CIN to support the integration of clinical and social care in Western North Carolina (WNC).
Prior to joining the Impact Health team, Allison served as the clinical project manager for Mission Health Partners, a WNC-based CIN. While there, she developed standardized workflows to increase the efficiency of the company’s population health platform technology and led the effort to identify a new and more effective technology infrastructure. Allison previously spent over 15 years with the International Capital and Management Company, part of the Cancer Treatment Centers of America family, eventually serving as chief communications officer.
Allison’s commitment to healthcare extends beyond her professional roles. She has served on the board of Care Partners and is currently a board member of the WNC Bridge Foundation.
Originally from New York City, Allison graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in languages. She speaks fluent Spanish and is currently learning Italian as she and her husband love traveling, especially to Italy. Having enjoyed many years of boating in the Virgin Islands, Allison and her husband now frequent Lake Lure to enjoy boating, swimming, grilling, and spectacular sunsets.
